The freeze

So a few nights out of the week I make smoothies with bananas and chocolate...once the below zero temps arrived I traded a smoothie for hot chocolate.

What did you do to stay warm this week?

"Brittani-Aunty do you see the clouds out there in the blue sky and the sun coming out?" Yes, this was said by a 2 year old. And it came 5 minutes after my Grandpa sent me an amazing picture message.

Sidenote: Recently the longest sentence was 11 words- I was pretty happy when I heard that come out of the blue as he walked past the window. :)

Camellia Cosmetics

When we went to get the scarves we made an appointment for a makeover at Camellia

It was the Saturday after Christmas when I had those 5 whole days off [including the weekend ;) ] we had a lot of fun chatting it up with the girls. I did some networking and by the end had some great samples, this "guide" to do what they did, as well as some new goods to make the eyes sparkle- so they say. Shop local!
