I'm a little behind in updating but since March 30: I've walked ~20 mi Consumed ~800oz H2o (I need to drink more) 1 drink (Grande WCM nonfat, no whip) Its getting better & I'm enjoying walking- I make time for walking.
Edit: This is only to keep myself accountable and focused- I'm not patting myself on the back by any means. :)
